Altruix is proud to announce that our URAC-accredited specialty pharmacies in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Trevose, Pennsylvania have once again been recognized through URAC's Leaders in Performance Measurement (LPM) program. This marks the third consecutive year both locations have earned Pioneer in Performance recognition, highlighting our ongoing commitment to quality, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
Our Lancaster pharmacy was recognized as a Specialty Pharmacy leader, while our Trevose pharmacy earned recognition in both Specialty Pharmacy and Mail Service Pharmacy categories. In addition, Lancaster was previously honored with URAC's Top Performer Award, placing it in the top 10 specialty pharmacies in the nation.

As part of the Leaders in Performance Measurement program, URAC assessed our pharmacies across several key performance areas, including:

Both Lancaster and Trevose exceeded URAC's accreditation benchmarks across all required measures. Additionally, our teams voluntarily participated in supplemental performance measures, including complaint response timeliness and customer satisfaction, where they also demonstrated outstanding results.
