Joshua Schiller

Josh joined Altruix in 2026 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience as both outside and in-house counsel. In his role, Josh leads legal, regulatory, and compliance functions at Altruix. He ensures that the organization operates with integrity, accountability, and alignment with all laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Altruix, Josh served in a leadership role in the legal department at CVS Health, overseeing teams managing a variety of legal, regulatory, and litigation functions. Before that, he was part of the leadership team at Omnicare, the nation’s largest long term care pharmacy, where he oversaw the legal function. He began his career at Dechert in Philadelphia, focusing on product liability, antitrust, and commercial litigation.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. Josh and his family live in Cincinnati, OH.
